This retreat is not a tour: it is an insider’s invitation
This 2026 Women’s Provence Retreat is a curated and custom experience for you and your most cherished women. We leave the tourist itinerary behind.
Grab your childhood friend, your mom, sister or college bestie (you know the one), and turn off your brains, and just be...
You are invited
You are invited to this 2026 Women’s Retreat in Brignon, Provence in this all-inclusive* insider’s experience in France. Having spent 25 years+ of annual travel, work, and life in France, I choose places that still feel “hidden” and undiscovered by the average tourist.
I have designed this retreat for friends and friends-of-friends: a word-of-mouth, small group of 8 women.
*All meals included except 2-3 lunches.
“Là, tout n’est qu’ordre et beauté, Luxe, calme et volupté.”
There all is order and beauty, Luxury, peace, and pleasure.
— Charles Baudelaire
L’Occitanie: Brignon, France
Our retreat center is in the small, untouched village of BRIGNON, France, only 20-30 minutes away from Nîmes, Arles, and Uzès. Never heard of some of these places or even Brignon? Très bien: that’s the point.
PROVENCE IN MY KITCHEN
This is Zoé: our Chef
Zoé Capdevila will be our private chef. Everything she creates is delicious.
Check out her Instagram @ProvenceInMyKitchen. She is amazing!
Lunches: “We share a table”
Lunch will be presented in a relaxed, convivial way, inspired by the French tradition of sharing. Think colorful platters, salads, quiches, and seasonal fruit.
Dinners: “A seated French table”
In the evening, Zoé will create a structured, seated dining experience. Guests will be served a multi-course menu, highlighting regional flavors and seasonal produce served with wine or mocktails. It’s an opportunity to relax, slow down, and truly savor the food and the moment.

The House
We will stay in a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom fully renovated, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped French farmhouse.
This house has magical powers. I stayed here last summer with my husband and friends. We didn’t want to leave.
Think yoga and meditation by the pool, eating croissant and coffee in the garden, and sipping rosé at the end of the day.
All photographs are of the actual venue.
